On-site meeting
During the first meeting, we get to understand the corporate identity and what would be the best uniform solution in terms of ranges and service levels
Range development
The uniform range is developed out of a library of our patterns which are customized with elements of exclusivity such as sublimated prints. We will present these in the form of storyboards, physical samples, and fabric swatches. Thereafter we will make samples in the correct fabric and colour for final approval
Sizing of staff members
We facilitate fitting sessions with actual fitting samples (sizes 28-50) at your site(s) to ensure each staff members orders the correct style, color, and size, within their allocated budgets
Wardrobe management system
We process each person's orders in a cloud-based wardrobe management system which can be accessed by the wearers and the uniform coordinator(s). In this system, we will predefine roles, clothing sets and budgets for each person and department to ease the administration burden during and after the fitting sessions.
Production and delivery
All manufacturing and embroidery are done at our own factory in Elsies River. Orders will be produced within 4-6 weeks and packed per person or in bulk. The invoicing process will be aligned with the customer to ease the administration burden.
After Sales
Exchanges are facilitated within 2-3 weeks as well as top-up orders for new employees. These orders can be placed directly on our wardrobe management system.
